Cancellation Policy
Bond Dental Kensington is obliged to consider the needs and value of time for all clients using this service. Short notice appointment cancellation, non-attendance or late arrival (of more than ten minutes) disrupts service access for other clients.
Due to the high demand for appointments at Bond Dental Kensington, the following Cancellation Policy applies.
All hygienist appointments and all new client dental examinations require a £50 prepayment, to secure an appointment. The outstanding balance would be settled on the day of the booked appointment.
If a client cancels with less than 24 hours' notice of the allocated appointment, if the appointment is not attended, or if the appointment is attended more than 10 minutes late - the prepayment is non-refundable and is non-transferrable. A further prepayment of £50 will be required to book another appointment.
Existing dental clients are not usually requested to prepay for ongoing routine dental examination and treatment. However, Bond Dental Kensington reserves the right to introduce a £50 prepayment for all dental examinations and a £95 prepayment for any booked dental treatment, when a client cancels an allocated appointment; with less than 24 hours' notice, fails to attend a booked appointment, or attends a booked appointment more than 10 minutes late.
* Exemptions
Professional Teeth Whitening; a prepayment of 50% of the total treatment fee is requested at the time of confirming this appointment. This prepayment is non-refundable and non-transferable if a client; cancels the appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, the appointment is not attended, or if the client arrives more than 10 minutes late for the appointment.
Special Offers; Full payment at the time of appointment confirmation is requested for any special offer treatments. This payment is non-refundable and non-transferable if a client; cancels the appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, the appointment not attended, or if the client arrives more than 10 minutes late for the appointment.
Coronavirus; if a client is required to self-isolate or has tested positive for Coronavirus, confirmation via the NHS App is politely requested.
Due to the uncertainty of offering personalised healthcare treatment, occasionally our appointments can over-run. The team at Redcliffe Dental Rooms recognise the value of your time and work hard to ensure your appointment is punctual. However, in circumstances beyond our control, Bond Dental Kensington may be required to cancel or reschedule appointments.
Bond Dental Kensington reserve the right to request clients who; cancel appointments at short notice, fail to attend, arrive late or are rude/abusive to source another service provider.
