Cancellation Policy

Redcliffe Dental Rooms is obliged to consider the needs and value of time for all clients using this service. Short notice appointment cancellation, failed attendance or late arrival (of more than ten minutes) disrupts service access for other clients.

Due to the high demand for appointments at Redcliffe Dental Rooms, the following Cancellation Policy applies.

  1. Clients are not ordinarily requested to pre-pay for consultation or treatment, with the following exceptions * (please see below)
  2. Where a client; fails to attend, arrives late (more than ten minutes) or cancels a Dentist appointment offering less than 48 hours notice, a pre-payment fee of £48 will be requested to reserve a new appointment.
  3. Pre-payment fees will not be refunded, should the client; fail to attend, arrive late (more than ten minutes) or cancel the newly agreed appointment with less than 48 hours notice.
  4. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late for a Dentist or Hygienist appointment may be requested to make a new appointment.
  5. If a client has difficulty in attending pre-booked appointments, the clinic suggests that clients contact Redcliffe Dental Rooms on any day of their choice. The client will be offered the nearest available appointment for that day only, assuming availability exists.

Due to the uncertainty of offering personalised healthcare treatment, occasionally our appointments can over-run. The team at Redcliffe Dental Rooms recognise the value of your time and work hard to ensure your appointment is punctual. However in circumstances beyond our control, Redcliffe Dental Rooms may be required to cancel or reschedule appointments.

Redcliffe Dental Rooms reserve the right to request clients who; cancel appointments at short notice, fail to attend, arrive late or are rude/abusive to source another service provider.

Appointment Attendance

Where the previous appointment was; not attended or attended more than 10 minutes late, or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.

Zoom, Professional Teeth Whitening.

Due to the duration and preparation costs of this treatment, a booking deposit of 50% of the treatment fee is requested at the time of appointment confirmation. The remaining fee outstanding will be charged on the day of treatment.

Hygienist Treatment

Hygienist treatments must be paid in full, at the time of making the appointment. Redcliffe Dental Rooms
re-confirm appointments 48 hours in advance. Hygienist treatment fees will not be refunded should the client; fail to attend, arrive late (more than ten minutes) or cancel the appointment with less than 48 hours notice.
